CBG Bauxite Mine Employees Receive Wheel Loader and Off-Highway Truck Training

Thirty-nine CBG Bauxite Mine employees participated in Caterpillar Heavy Equipment Operator Training. Luc Chereau, Caterpillar Certified Instructor at our Malaga, Spain Demonstration & Learning Center, traveled to their jobsite in Guinea, Africa. Luc trained the CBG employees on Caterpillar 992K Wheel Loaders and 777F Off-Highway Trucks. The sixteen days of training included:

• Safety/Walk Around Inspections
  
• Machine Start-up & Shut-down Procedures
  
• Cab & control features
  
• Machine operator techniques to improve efficiencies
  
• Job site set ups
  

The training, delivered by Luc in French, was deemed a huge success by the attendees.
