Cat® Medium Wheel Loader Offers Improved Waste Handling Arrangement
With the harsh environment of a waste transfer station, you need a wheel loader that can take on this tough job. That is why Caterpillar offers an extensive live of medium wheel loaders that are purpose built with standard and optional guarding on major components and systems. In June 2010, Caterpillar will be offering new features on the Medium Wheel Loader Waste Handling Arrangements to enhance productivity, reliability, operator comfort, and safety. These new features include:
- NEW! Optional Radiator Guard. The new guard provides protection to the grill, cooling fan, radiator , and condenser cores. This guard is easily hinged to allows easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
- Expanded Flexport Tire Offering. Flexport Extreme Duty Solid tires are designed with holds molded through the outer ring of the tire's sidewalls to improve tire flexibility and stability. The increased tire flexibility allows the tires to handle surfaces with a greatly improved ride over that of other solid tires, resulting in increased operator comfort.
