Beijing, China – Caterpillar Oil & Gas will unveil its latest innovative power solutions developed specifically for the Chinese well service market at the 14th China International Petroleum and Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE) from March 19th to 21st in Beijing, China. Designed for workover and mobile drilling rigs, the new Cat® C15 ACERT™ and C18 engine deliver reliable horsepower while meeting the newly-enacted Phase IV emissions regulations in China. The Phase IV compliant Cat C15 engine with aftertreatment packaged with a Cat CX31 transmission will be on display at the Caterpillar booth at the CIPPE show. Also on display at the booth will be a Cat C175 power module for offshore drilling and a C4.4 TA HazPak scale model showcasing Caterpillar’s offerings for hazardous locations.
