Customer Success Story - Landscape Management Network: A Profit Toolbox for the Landscape Contractor

Mark Bradley—a Caterpillar® customer since 2000—has grown his landscape design-build company's annual revenue to over $7 million dollars. Realizing that he had a formula for success, Mark and partner Mike Lysecki, started the Landscape Management Network, a company that provides valuable education, resources and training for contractors who, like Mark, want to profitably grow their business. It all starts with a two-day business management workshop, in which participants learn how to build an operational budget, the basis for profitably bidding and winning contracts, making equipment acquisition decisions, and hiring and rewarding outstanding employees.
