Learn how fatigue and distraction affect your operators. Reveal the scale of risk on your site. Take a data-driven approach to reduce accidents and lost-time injuries.
In a Fatigue Risk Assessment, Caterpillar safety experts conduct an onsite workshop to educate your leaders about the sources of fatigue and distraction and to develop an intervention plan. Then, they collect data from operators wearing wrist monitors and from the Driver Safety System installed in your equipment’s cabs—as well as conduct a Fatigue Schedule Analysis to identify any work scheduling issues. Using these inputs, they help you set benchmarks and create an action plan based on your key risks and jobsite needs.
How do you know which service is right for your operation? The Caterpillar Safety Services team is here to help. We’ll work with you to determine where your operation is on its safety journey and recommend steps you can take to move toward zero-incident performance. That may be one service or a combination of services that work together to help you build a safety-first culture.
