The Malaga Demonstration & Learning Center

The Malaga Demonstration and Learning Center is located on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain, where the mild climate allows year-round operation. This outstanding facility provides numerous conference rooms with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, a 200-seat auditorium and real field settings for product demonstrations and machine operation. Also located at the Malaga facility is the SOS Services / Fluid Analysis Laboratory which provides preventive maintenance services to customers and dealers throughout the European, African, Middle Eastern and C.I.S. territories.
Staffed with specialist training instructors and operators as well as experienced support staff, the Center is an unmatched location for running seminars, product demonstrations and other learning activities in a relaxed atmosphere.

Typical activities include:

• Showcasing and demonstrating Caterpillar products and their applications to customers to help them in the work they do.
• Technical training to dealer service personnel to enable them deliver outstanding product support to customers owning Caterpillar machines and engines.
• Sales training to help dealers improve their sales effectiveness and provide optimum solutions to customers.
• Training in “best practices” related to equipment maintenance management, machine operation as well as providing application consulting to dealers and customers both at Malaga and off-site.
