Applying for the Cat Commercial Account

Sole proprietors, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies (LLC), and Corporations are encouraged to apply online.

For other business types, such as Cooperatives, use the print version of the application to make sure you have all the information you may need.

About the Cat Commercial Account

Your Cat Commercial Account may be used at any participating Cat dealer or Cat Rentals location in the country in which the account is issued, either in the U.S. or Canada. You can also use it to shop with approved online Cat retailers.

You need not have your account with you to use it. Your Cat dealer can look up your card number using your government-issued photo identification at the time of purchase.

Yes. Each authorized user from your company will receive a Cat Commercial Account with your company account number. Call our Cat Financial Cat Commercial Account customer support team at the number on the back of your card (1-877-373-9510) to learn more about flexible control opportunities or to set up and make changes to controls on your new account.

Yes, U.S. and Canada customers will be able to make purchases online with approved online Cat retailers, either Parts.Cat.Com or Cat Central where available.

Managing My Account

Enjoy 24/7 online account management with MyCatFinancial. Manage online at MyCatFinancial.com or through the mobile app, available through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). If you already have a MyCatFinancial account, log in to manage your Cat Commercial Account.

If you do not have an account, click "Sign Up" on the main page of MyCatFinancial.com and follow the prompts. Once logged in, add your Cat Commercial Account by clicking “Cat Commercial Account” in the menu bar at the top of your screen. You will need the name associated with the Cat Commercial Account and the 16-digit account number to complete the process.

Yes. You can set up auto pay on your own through MyCatFinancial. You can also contact our dedicated Cat Financial Cat Commercial Account customer support team at (1-877-373-9510) or CatCommercialAccount.CustomerService@cat.com for customers in the U.S. or CatCommercialAccount.Canada@Cat.com for customers in Canada.

No. If you have already registered for MyCatFinancial to manage your Cat Financial contracts, you will not need to register again to manage your Cat Commercial Account.

Once your new account is active, just log in to your existing account on mycatfinancial.com, and click the Link Cat Commercial Account button. You will need your account name and 16-digit corporate account number. Once your account is linked, you will be able to manage both your contracts and Cat Commercial Account in MyCatFinancial. Please note that this functionality will not be available until your new Cat Commercial Account is active.
