CVA SERVICES COMMITMENT
With a Services Commitment in a Customer Value Agreement, your maintenance and repair parts will be available when promised. If your parts don’t arrive on time, you’ll receive Cat® Credits for the value of the parts up to $1000*. Plus, you’ll get service technician response when you need them, backed by an on-time commitment*. It’s more an an agreement, it’s a promise.
What is a Cat Customer Value Agreement (CVA)?
Spend more time focusing on your business and less time organising machine maintenance with a Cat® Customer Value Agreement (CVA). A Cat CVA is a hassle-free ownership plan that ensures your Cat asset is kept in top working order.
Cat CVAs are available in a range of support plans - from total equipment maintenance and repair to having maintenance kits delivered for your own installation. By structuring the right agreement with your Cat dealer, you can lower the cost of owning your Cat machine and maximise your investment.

Cat CVAs bring additional value to your machine and operation. They are available in a range of plans, from total maintenance and repair, to planned maintenance parts delivered directly to you.
Get genuine Cat parts delivered right on schedule, with clear instructions to ensure planned maintenance is done accurately. Parts deliveries and repairs on site help increase uptime for a more efficient operation.
If the unexpected arises, your local Cat dealer is ready to provide machine support and guidance through the standard warranty and Equipment Protection Plans (EPPs). EPPs offer troubleshooting diagnostics and repairs for newer machines with genuine Cat parts.
