With a CVA with Services Commitment, your genuine Cat parts and your dealer service technician will be there when promised. Maintenance parts will be available the next business day*.  Common repair parts will be available on the second business day*. If they’re not, you could receive a parts voucher. In terms of service response, a dealer technician will be on site the second business day*, to fix or diagnose repairs.

Our range of Self-Service Options (SSO) and preventive maintenance kits allow you to carry out selected repairs and servicing yourself, in your workshop or out on site, with all the genuine Cat parts, clear service instructions and recommended tooling you’ll need. From replacing filters and fluids to resealing a hydraulic cylinder, you’ll have the right components and the right support when needed.
