COURSE DESCRIPTION

The G3600 Commissioning ILT is conducted on a state-of-the-art Gas Compression Station designed for learning and development purposes. This compression station is fitted with a G3606A4 coupled to a single-stage Ariel compressor with all the auxiliary equipment found in the field. This training focuses on the G3600 commissioning process. The participant should have working knowledge of engine systems A&I guides, driven and auxiliary equipment. In addition, the learner should bring a laptop with GERP and Cat® ET installed, and have CWS ID to access Caterpillar Information Systems (ie SisWeb, TMI, etc) and Commissioning website.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Upon completion of this training, the participant will be able to: 

• Validate a G3600 installation as per the Application & Installation guidelines. 
• Validate G3600 engine performance as per factory specifications. 
• Document and prepare a Commissioning Report for submission.
