COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed to introduce the learner to the various units of measurement that Caterpillar® uses for measuring gas engine systems performance. Participants will be exposed to systems performance measured values and compare them to Caterpillar specifications sheets. In addition, the participant will learn how to stay up-to-date with the latest tooling and where to find specific tool operating manuals.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the end of this course, you will be able to: - 

• Validate proper tool reading interpretation
• Evaluate readings between the test results and Caterpillar specifications manual or other performance sheets. 
• Select the correct testing and diagnostic tools
• Locate Caterpillar Dealer Service Tools website.
