Producing the 1,000th Cat® 24 Motor Grader
Caterpillar leadership and production team members celebrate the production and sale of the 1,000th 24 motor grader

Caterpillar leaders and production workers gathered at the Cat® facility in Decatur, Ill., recently to celebrate a motor grader milestone — the production of the 1,000th 24 Motor Grader.
The largest in the Cat grader fleet, the 24 was launched in 1995 to build and maintain haul roads for the largest mining vehicles in the world. The 1,000th machine will soon go to work at a Rio Tinto iron ore mine in Australia and will be supported by Cat dealer WesTrac.
A local news station covered the event and captured a video of the celebration.
