Cat Racing Taking a Lap in Victory Lane Motorgrader technology cat equipment

TAKING A LAP IN VICTORY LANE

Cat® Racing driver, Ryan Newman, ranks the M Series Motor Grader as his favorite piece of Cat equipment.   Over the years, he found the sheer size of the machine jaw dropping, but now, it’s the technology in the cab that blows him away.

As we continue to celebrate our 25th Anniversary of Cat Racing, we’re spending time throughout the year with the race team discussing today’s competitive landscape, and how innovation and cutting edge engineering are critical to winning on race day and every day.

This spring Newman and other members of the race team spent time at ConExpo 2017.  They talk about Cat and NASCAR’s shared dependence on technologies that provide a key advantage whether on the race track or job site.
