Two-day Repairs, Getting You Back to Work

If your CVA includes dealer labor, we commit to completing covered repairs in two business days or when it best fits your schedule. That means your equipment is back on the job faster, keeping projects and crews moving.

Cat Credits if Repair Commitments Aren’t Met

Our Services Commitment comes with a set repair completion date, so you know exactly when to expect your machine back in service. No more guesswork, no more uncertainty. If your covered repair takes longer than two-days, you’ll get paid USD $1,000 in Cat Credits. That’s clarity you can count on, with real value returned to your business.

Next-Day Parts Availability

Efficient service depends on having the right parts at the right time. Services Commitment, exclusive to Cat CVAs, includes next-day parts availability to support fast turnaround on repairs. If you don’t get your parts by the agreed upon date, you get paid up to USD $1,000 in Cat Credits.
