Warranty Registration

OEM Solutions warranty registration is available globally. Please visit one of the following standard factory warranty registration sites based on your location:

  1. North and South America: https://oemsg-na.escsolutions.com

  3. Australia, Asia-Pacific Region: https://oemsg-ap.escsolutions.com

Note: The top-level arrangement number is not needed to complete a warranty registration.

A unique login ID and password are required to access the standard factory warranty registration system. You have likely received a login ID and temporary password. If not, or to obtain a new login ID and temporary password, please contact an OEM Solutions warranty analyst at OEM_Solutions_Product_Support@cat.com. Your Caterpillar Corporate Web Security (CWS) ID is not used for this site.

Registering for standard factory warranty:

  1. Access the appropriate site based on your geographical location.
  2. Enter your user ID and temporary password (not your CWS ID and password).
    • If this is your first login, you will be required to reset your temporary password and choose a permanent password.
    • Complete the required fields to reset your permanent password and click “Setup Login.”
  3. Once logged in, click the “Factory Warranty” tab at the top of the page.

You are now ready to register your product(s) and establish a factory warranty start date, which is the same as the end user “in-service” date. The web instructions will guide you through the process.
