EXTENDED PROTECTION

EQUIPMENT PROTECTION PLAN (EPP)

Equipment Protection Plan (EPP) Powertrain + Hydraulics + Technology provides extended protection beyond standard warranty for parts and labor. Coverage under the EPP Program does not change the standard warranty. The EPP ends when the length of time (measured in months) or the machine hour usage is reached, whichever comes first. COMPONENT PROTECTION PLAN

Component Protection Plan (CPP) provides extended protection for specific parts beyond standard warranty. Coverage under the CPP Program does not change the standard warranty. The CPP ends when the length of time (measured in months) is reached or when the CVA terminates, whichever comes first. DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Digital subscription services provide access to view location, utilization hours, fuel burn, inspections, fluid analysis, fault codes, and maintenance tracking for your linked machine.

PARTICIPATING DEALERS

This offer is applicable with all Caterpillar dealers in the United States with the exception of Altorfer Inc., Empire Southwest, and Kelly Tractor Co.  This offer does not apply to any Caterpillar dealer outside of the United States.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please refer to your Cat CVA contract for detailed terms and conditions. Cancellation requests should be submitted to CFAS@cat.com or call 1-877-373-9550.

For Cat CVA (with new machine purchase) refund information. please refer to Schedule 1 of the Cat CVA contract. The percentages of the total Cat CVA purchase price that may be applied to each section of the formula are 67% for maintenance parts and services and 33% for EPP (where applicable). Cat Daily subscription services are provided at no additional charge and will remain active with the machine. As a result, a refund does not apply. For CVAs that include VisionLink Daily the percentages of the total Cat CVA purchase price that may be applied to each section of the formula are 66% for maintenance parts and services, 33% for EPP (where applicable), and 1% for digital subscription services.

For the Protect CVA (with used machines) refund information, please refer to Schedule 1 of the Protect CVA contract. The percentages of the total Protect CVA purchase price that may be applied to each section of the formula are 87% for maintenance parts and services and 13% for CPP (where applicable).

For the Extend CVA (with used machines) refund information, please refer to Schedule 1 of the Extend CVA contract. The percentage of the total Extend CVA purchase price that may be applied to each section of the formula are 99% for maintenance parts and services and 1% for digital subscription services.
