A Cat dealer mechanic must have at least five years of service to participate. They’ll start off at an in-house challenge for a chance to advance to the global final.
The first-ever Global Dealer Technician Challenge is already underway. March 2026 at CONEXPO/CON-AGG in Las Vegas, Nevada will mark the first winner (but certainly not the last). Be on the lookout for updates on applications for the next competition.
