Your mine has unique conditions and requires the right solutions to operate. The Cat 7495 has a 120-ton (109-tonne) dipper payload offering the most advanced electrics in the industry, along with a best-in-class operator's cab, a robust front-end and dippers to suit any application. It pairs with the Cat ultra-class series trucks 793, 794-796-798 and 797 mining trucks for three- and four-pass loading capability.

7495 HF  -  High-Floatation Undercarriage

The Cat 7495 HF offers all the same industry-leading features as the 7495, including a best-in-class operator's cab and a robust front end, but is configured with a high-flotation undercarriage designed specifically for oil sands mining applications where low ground-bearing pressure is required. Consistent with the standard 7495, the HF configuration provides a maximum payload capacity of 120 tons (109 tonnes) and pairs well with the Cat 793, 794-796-798 and 797 mining trucks for three- and four-pass loading capability.

7495 HD

Providing proven Cat AC IGBT electrics and a robust front end design, the 7495 HD offers a payload of 90 tons (82 tonnes), providing three- and four-pass loading capability with both Cat 793/795 and MT4400D AC/794 mining trucks for an optimal loading and hauling operation. This powerful and reliable machine has a proven record of high productivity and high reliability.

7395 and 7295

Our mid-range shovels, the Cat 7395 & 7295 provide proven Cat AC IGBT electrics and a robust front end design. The 7395 offers a 70-ton (64-tonne) dipper payload, while the 7295 provides a 50-ton (45-tonne) payload. Both provide three- and four-pass loading capability with the Cat 785 ,789 and 793 mining trucks for an optimal loading and hauling operation.
