COURSE DESCRIPTION

Many transmission and torque converter issues are related to interruptions of oil flow. By understanding the correct transmission oil flow, from where the oil flow starts to where it suppose be going, will better prepare you to properly diagnose the unit and perhaps avoid changing parts unnecessarily.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

• Trace the correct flow of oil through an ICM type transmission used in pressure pumping applications (frac)
• Trace the correct flow of oil through an ECPC type transmission used in pressure pumping and well service applications
