Caterpillar Continues Service Excellence Legacy With CAT Concierge Program For Yachts

Since the program’s inception, over 1,200 vessels have been enrolled in Cat Concierge with over 1,100 successfully completed cases.

Although the customer has the option of locating the local dealer’s contact information and dialing him directly, Cat Concierge obviates the need for seeking correct dealer contact information, contacting that dealer, and subsequently managing the project. One phone call to Cat Concierge assigns that customer a regional manager that handles his or her case on a daily (often hourly) basis to ensure that repairs are efficaciously completed. Streamlined repairs can be attributed to the Concierge regional managers having built personal relationships with dealer personnel, and the personalized service that each customer receives is certainly not by chance; rather, this unique tailored assistance is shaped and designed from a carefully documented process that aims to maximize value that customers expect when they select Cat engines and componentry.
