HOW OFTEN SHOULD I RUN MY PORTABLE GENERATOR FOR MAINTENANCE PURPOSES?
We recommend that you run your generator at least once per month for about 20 minutes [10 minutes for INV2000] at normal operating temperature (with load) as part of ongoing maintenance. Please see the Maintenance section in the Owner's Manual for safety information and detailed instructions.
