24 Motor Grader Productivity Upgrades
The Cat 24 is our largest, most powerful motor grader — built to work quickly on even the widest haul roads and in the toughest conditions. And we offer a variety of optional equipment upgrades that can make it even stronger and more productive.
High-Performance Circle
The High-Performance Circle (HPC) upgrade increases performance and extends the life of your drawbar. When paired with our exclusive blade wear rail strips, the HPC can reduce costs and downtime related to the drawbar, circle and moldboard by as much as 80%.
The HPC uses the same connection interface as a standard circle, so this upgrade is retrofittable to all Cat 24 and 24M Motor Graders — and it can be factory installed on new models.
28-Foot Moldboard
The 24 and 24M can also be retrofitted with our 28-foot moldboard offering. At 16% longer than the standard 24-foot blade, this moldboard reduces the time it takes your machines to bring haul roads back to spec. When supporting ultra-class trucks, it can remove a full pass from your motor grader's normal cycle.
