Jeff’s experience as a mechanic, at Caterpillar and elsewhere, dates back to 1981, so he knows the ins and outs of equipment maintenance. He also knows just how much smarter today’s machines are than those built decades ago. All the electronics they contain tell him — and you — a lot about their health. As he travels to jobsites around the world, Jeff looks and listens carefully to equipment, seeking ways to increase your uptime and productivity.
