Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards is a program included with Cat Card that will provide Cat Vantage Points on all qualifying Cat Card purchases for eligible Accountholders. Rewards are earned and may, in most cases, be used for the purchase of Cat parts, service, work tools or rentals at any Cat dealer or The Cat Rental Store location in North America. Cat Vantage Points are issued as Cat® Credits. A complete set of rules is in Appendix A of the Customer Agreement below.
Cat® Card Rewards Terms also known as and renamed “Cat Card with Cat® Vantage Rewards Terms & Conditions”

Effective May 12, 2023, the Cat® Card Rewards Program is hereby transformed, renamed, restated, and incorporated by these amended Terms & Conditions. Welcome to the Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program website. As a Cat Card Accountholder (defined as those customers with an active Cat Card account), continued access or use of the Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program, means you have agreed to be bound by and comply with the program terms contained in that certain Customer Agreement for Cat Financial Commercial Account and Cat Card Rewards Program (the “Customer Agreement”), which includes Appendix A, and incorporates by reference the details set forth on this program website (collectively, the “Terms”). For your convenience, a copy of Appendix A is found below. Capitalized terms used on this program website but otherwise not defined shall have the meaning given to them in the Customer Agreement. The Terms include a dispute resolution process. The Terms may be modified, cancelled, or amended from time to time in Caterpillar Financial Commercial Account Corporation’s (CFCAC’s) sole and absolute discretion by posting revised Terms to this program website. Your continued participation in the Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program is deemed your express consent to be bound by any revised Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not participate in the program. The program is void where restricted or prohibited and subject to limitations as required by applicable law.
What is the Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program?
As amended, this Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program is a trade rewards program under the parent trade rewards program of Caterpillar Inc. (such program is referred to as “Cat Vantage Rewards”). Cat Vantage Rewards is co-sponsored by Caterpillar Financial Commercial Account Corporation (“CFCAC”) and Caterpillar Financial Services Limited (Canada) (“CFSL”) and each of CFCAC’s and CFSL’s successors and assigns (CFCAC, CFSL and their successors and assigns, collectively the “Cat Card Sponsors”) in relation to management and offering of Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards. This program is enhanced by its association and incorporation within Cat Vantage Rewards. Details about Cat Vantage Rewards and its terms and conditions are found at www.cat.com/GetRewarded. If you do not want to take advantage of the additional Cat Vantage Points opportunities made available under Cat Vantage Rewards, you should choose not to participate in this Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program. These Terms are incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions governing Cat Vantage Rewards.
Under the Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program, eligible Accountholders (“Participants,” “you” or “your”) can earn and accumulate reward points formerly referred to as “Cat Card Rewards” and now referred to as Cat Vantage Points (“Reward Points”). Reward Points earned under this program will be accounted for and contribute to the Participant’s overall Cat Vantage Points balance (“Points Balance”). Participants will be able to view and access Reward Points earned under this program through a single Reward Points account (“Points Account”) assigned under Cat Vantage Rewards.
Participation in the Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program may not be used to further personal, family, or household interests or matters. The Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program, from May 3, 2021, through the present, offers the chance to earn one percent (1%) Reward Points on Qualifying Purchases (as defined below), and each authorized seller of Qualifying Purchases is a “Program Vendor”.
A Participant could be eligible to earn Reward Points under Cat Vantage Rewards when it is ineligible to earn Reward Points under the Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program, and vice-versa. It’s important for Participants to review both these Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program Terms and the Cat Vantage Rewards Terms and Conditions at www.cat.com/GetRewarded to fully understand their earning opportunities. Accountholders are eligible to participate in the Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program subject to exclusions, as follows:
If a Participant becomes a Special Services Recipient or a Managed Account Customer, after previous participation without such status, such Participant becomes subject to the exclusions and limitations associated with the change in status.
*Managed Account Customers are Accountholders who have a special managed account relationship with one or more of Caterpillar Inc.’s industry support groups. For more information, please contact your Caterpillar representative. If a Managed Account Customer is also a Special Services Recipient, the Managed Account Customer status governs for their eligibility under this program.
**Special Services Recipients are Accountholders which have engaged CFCAC to assist with their complex billing needs, including:
Registration/Becoming a Member under Cat Vantage Rewards (a Participant under Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards)
Eligible Accountholders are automatically enrolled in both Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards and its parent program, Cat Vantage Rewards. Accountholders can participate in this program and Cat Vantage Rewards if eligible at the time of enrollment or if they become eligible at a later date. Accountholders must provide certain information to participate, so that Cat Vantage Rewards can be administered. If you do not wish to provide the information required, please do not participate. One of those requirements is a valid, contact email address for the business.
How to earn Reward Points and definition of Qualifying Purchases
Reward Points under Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards are earned on Qualifying Purchases made in accordance with the Terms. “Qualifying Purchases” are purchases of parts, service, sales, rental and work tools at a Cat dealer or The Cat Rental store or other Program Vendors in the country in which the Participant has its principal place of business. New machine purchases are not Qualifying Purchases. Such Reward Points are accrued at the time of purchase. Reward Points earned under this program are either redeemed or expire in accordance with the Terms.
Reward Points cannot be earned or accrued on the redemption of a Cat Credit electronic certificate, except when used on approved eCommerce sites as set forth under the Cat Vantage Rewards Terms and Conditions at www.cat.com/GetRewarded.
Reward Points, Redemption and Cat Credits
For any Participant, Reward Points earned under this Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program will accrue to a redemption threshold of 25 Reward Points. The 25-point redemption threshold is a joint threshold and can be achieved through Reward Points earned through this program and Reward Points earned through Cat Vantage Rewards. Participants can view and redeem accrued Reward Points via MyCatFinancial.com. The foregoing joint redemption threshold does not apply to Special Services Recipients. See applicable provisions herein and the Cat Vantage Rewards terms and conditions for additional restrictions pertaining to Special Services Recipients and Reward Points earned through this Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program.
Reward Points earned through the Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program are redeemed on a first in/first out basis.
Points Accrual Opportunity
Under this Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program, Reward Points are earned at a rate of 1% of the total spend (in local currency) for Qualifying Purchases when made with a Cat Card.
Example 1: If a U.S. Participant spends $2500 on their Cat Card when purchasing parts at a participating Caterpillar dealer, the Participant has earned 25 Reward Points.
Example 1a: If a Canadian Participant spends CAD $2500 on their Cat Card when purchasing parts at a participating Caterpillar dealer, the Participant has earned 25 Reward Points.
Example 2: If a U.S. Participant spends $1500 on their Cat Card when purchasing parts at a participating Caterpillar dealer, the Participant has earned 15 Reward Points.
Example 2a: If a Canadian Participant spends CAD $1500 on their Cat Card when purchasing parts at a participating Caterpillar dealer, the Participant has earned 15 Reward Points.
In Example 1 & 1a, the Participant has now reached the redemption threshold of 25 Reward Points.

Reward Points via Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards – how you accrue and what you can earn
o If Participant is not a Special Services Recipient, the Reward Points can be redeemed for a Cat Credit to be used for Qualifying Purchases in the future.
o If the Participant is a Special Services Recipient, the Reward Points can be redeemed for a statement credit on a Participant’s Account balance.
As described herein, as long as your Account is active and in good standing, the Reward Points you earn through this Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program will either auto-redeem in accordance with these Terms or expire three (3) years after the date of accrual (“Points Expiration Date”). Reward Points must be redeemed by 4 p.m. (CST) on the corresponding Points Expiration Date. Participants with Accounts in good standing will be able to redeem Reward Points whenever the 25-point threshold is met. Your Account will not be in good standing if any of the following apply:
Accounts that are not in good standing will not be able to earn new Reward Points under the Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program. Reward Points will be made available for redemption when the Account is brought back to good standing.
Participants in bankruptcy are permitted to redeem Reward Points, notwithstanding the status of the Account. Normal expiration rules apply to such Participants’ Reward Points.
If a Participant closes their Points Account for any reason and has a positive Points Balance of not less than 25, Participant will have 180 days from the time of closure to redeem the Reward Points. All balances below 25 shall be immediately forfeited at the end of the 180-day period.
Participants who achieve the 25-point threshold and have not yet redeemed will be subject to an annual auto-redemption. The annual auto-redemption will take place in January of each year and will be based on Points Balances of 25 Reward Points or greater. The full balance will be redeemed as of the Points Measurement Date.
If Participants return goods on which they earned Reward Points using their Cat Card, the portion of the Points Balance attributable to such points shall be adjusted accordingly. Customers who are in a negative Reward Points balance status will carry this status forward until they have earned their balance into a positive status.
Mechanics of Redemption
Participants will view their Points Balance via MyCatFinancial.com, once that view is available. In the event the view is unavailable to Participants or Participant so elects, Participants can call 1-877-373-9567 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain balances or to redeem Reward Points.
There are no limits to how often Participants can redeem Reward Points within a year. We are eager to have Participants earn Reward Points and have the chance to redeem them.
How to redeem using MyCatFinancial.com portal (once it is available for use):
Once customers have achieved the 25-point redemption threshold, they will have the flexibility to initiate redemption via the MyCatFinancial.com portal by selecting the redemption button. This will initiate the issuance of an electronically issued Cat Credit certificate which will automatically be sent to the email the customer supplied when registering for this program.
In some instances, there will be a promotion or opportunity made available to you; new terms, applicable to such offerings will be posted on the program Website (the “Additional Terms”). Additional Terms are expressly incorporated into these general terms by reference. Participants should regularly check MyCatFinancial.com for information about upcoming promotions and opportunities, in order not to miss anything.
Handling of Returns
If you return an item purchased with your Cat Card for which Reward Points under this program were awarded, the Reward Points earned on that Qualifying Purchase will be subtracted from the portion of the Points Balance earned through this Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program. Subtraction of Reward Points will take place at the time of return.
Dispute Resolution Procedure. If you disagree with a Reward Points transaction on your Statement, you have the right to dispute that transaction. If you elect to dispute a transaction, within 30 days from the Due Date of the first Statement on which the transaction appears, you must (i) give us notice of your intention to dispute such transaction, which notice describes the basis for your dispute in reasonable detail and (ii) supply all documents and other materials and information supporting the basis for your dispute. Once you have notified us of the disputed transaction and complied with both clauses (i) and (ii) of the prior sentence, we will contact the Vendor identified with such transaction, and that Vendor will, within a reasonable time, either correct the transaction to your satisfaction or supply us with information validating the transaction. You agree that we may share with the Vendor all the documents and other materials and information you provided to us. You must provide any information reasonably requested by the Vendor or us and must cooperate and respond to the Vendor or us in an effort to resolve the dispute. We have the right, but not the obligation, to investigate and discuss the matter with both parties without the presence of the other party and, after such investigation, to make a determination as to whether the transaction and related charges are valid. In the event we determine that the transaction is valid, you agree to abide by the result and, if you are not in agreement with the outcome of the inquiry, you can withdraw from the Cat Card with Cat Vantage Rewards program. The program dispute resolution otherwise is governed by applicable provisions in the Customer Agreement.
Cat® Card Rewards Terms
AGREEMENT TO PROGRAM TERMS: Your continued access or use of the Cat Card Rewards program (the “Program”) means you have read, understand and agree to be bound by and comply with the Program terms (“Terms”), set forth herein and set forth in more detail on the Program Website, cat.com/catcardrewards. The Terms include a dispute resolution process. The Terms may be modified, cancelled, or amended from time to time, in CFCA’s sole and absolute discretion, by posting revised Terms to the Program Website. Your continued participation in the Program is deemed your express consent to be bound by any revised Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not participate in the Program. The Program is void where restricted or prohibited and subject to limitations as required by applicable law.
What is the Program
The Program is a trade rewards program through which eligible, registered participants (“Participants”, “you” or “your”) can earn and accumulate Cat Card Rewards (“Rewards”). Eligibility for participation is set forth on the Program Website along with details about how a Participant can redeem Rewards and/or exclusions and limitations applicable to the Program. Accountholders, as that term is defined in the Cat Financial Commercial Account Customer Agreement, are eligible to be a Participant in the Program, subject to published exclusions and limitations.
Intent of the Program
Participation in the Program may not be used to further personal, family, or household interests or matters. The Program, as of the date of its launch, offers the chance to earn one percent (1%) Rewards on all qualifying parts, service, sales, rental, and work tool purchases at a Caterpillar dealership or a participating internal Caterpillar business unit or other participating vendor (such purchases are “Qualifying Purchases”, and each seller of Qualifying Purchases is a “Program Vendor”). A current definition of “Qualifying Purchases” will be maintained on the Program Website.
How Cat Card Rewards Work
Rewards are earned on every Qualifying Purchase made in accordance with the Terms. Such Rewards are accrued at the time of purchase. Rewards are either redeemed or expire in accordance with the Terms.
Each time you access and/or use the Program, you agree to be bound by and comply with the Terms and any Additional Terms (as defined below). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not participate in the Program and/or formally exit the Program. The business realities associated with operating the Program are such that, without the limitations that are set forth in the Terms, such as your grants and waivers of rights, the limitations on our liability, your indemnity of us, and our arbitration of certain disputes, we would not make the Program available to you.
In some instances, there will be a promotion or opportunity made available to you, and new terms (applicable to such offerings) will be posted (the “Additional Terms”). To the extent there is a conflict between the general Terms and any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will govern.
You agree that CFCA can enroll you automatically in the Program using the details supplied in connection with your Account. Specifically, your primary email address and contact details will be used to establish the Participant’s record in the Program. Participant will use MyCatFinancial.com, or another designated system, to monitor Rewards accrual and to take action. Authorized Users can earn Rewards that will be added to the Participant’s Reward balance, but they are not permitted to redeem Rewards.
The Terms may be modified, cancelled, or amended from time to time in CFCA’s sole and absolute discretion by posting revised Terms to the Program Website, and your continued participation in the Program is deemed your express consent to be bound by any revised Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not participate in the Program or use the Program Website.
Handling of Returns
If you make a purchase and return the merchandise, certain rules will apply in order to prevent unjust Rewards from remaining with Participant. See the Program Website for a complete explanation. If you make a return, be aware that a redemption having occurred prior to return could result in a negative Rewards balance.
