Logging into MyCatFinancial

 

  1. Create Account: Click “Create Account” on MyCatFinancial (web or app) and input required registration information.

  2. Protect Your Account: Enter the registration verification code sent to your email. Create a password. Set up multi-factor authentication.

  3. Link Your Financial Information: Link a contract using the contract number, serial number or customer number, and the effective contract date.

  1. We provide many online tools to make ownership easy. Use your same username and password from cat.com, parts.cat.com, or Cat® Inspect to log into MyCatFinancial.

  2. Next, click "Manage a Contract" and enter your active contract number to link your financial information.

When you log into MyCatFinancial, there is a question mark in the top-right corner of each page. Simply click on this icon to access the Contact Us form and submit your question(s).

Each MyCatFinancial account uses a single username and password to sign-on. However, contracts can be linked to multiple accounts, allowing different individuals to view the status of contracts.

No. While you can link your contracts to your account, you cannot apply for financing within MyCatFinancial. To apply for financing, please visit our application page to download your application or please contact your local Cat Financial representative at 1-800-651-0567 or nabc.customerservice@cat.com Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. (CST).

MyCatFinancial will send a confirmation email when you register for an account, and you will also receive automated alerts related to credit applications. You can adjust your notification preferences by clicking the person icon in the top-right corner of the homepage and selecting “Manage Notifications.”
