We create a program of individual coaching that will help support and deliver your wider organizational safety goals, and is structured to align with your existing HR development and training policies.
All coaching is tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the individual leaders with self-assessments, workshops and one-on-one sessions that will provide each leader with personalized development goals that collectively help your organization achieve optimal safety performance.
We can structure activity around what best fits your team’s availability and location(s), using a mix of face-to-face sessions, in-the-field observations and assessments with one-on-one feedback and development sessions, and/or virtual sessions with individuals or groups using video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams.
