- Stable Blade helps operators of varied experience levels stabilize the blade to help create a desired surface.
- The feature complements the operator’s blade control inputs to help reduce small imperfections and produce a smoother surface finish.
- Adjust a setting to control blade aggressiveness on a variety of surfaces to fit any application.
- Use the Stable Blade setting to select which blade functions are active: Lift, Tilt, or both Lift and Tilt.
- Use the Reverse setting to allow active control while reversing the machine.
- Use the Response setting to select blade aggressiveness:
- Medium for creating contoured surfaces.
- High for creating flat surfaces, including slopes.
- Stable Blade complements other Assist technologies on your Cat dozer for optimal performance.
- Stable Blade is integrated into your Cat dozer at the factory for better performance and support.
- Once turned on, you can use Stable Blade by controlling the blade manually. Stable Blade continues to operate in the background as you work to produce smoother surfaces.
- Stable Blade is included in the Assist with ARO standard technology package.
- Stable Blade is compatible with D4*, D5, D6/D6 XE** and D7 dozers.
