Overview
Cat® Rakes for Excavators are durable and purposely designed to match with Cat Thumbs and Pin Grabber couplers. They extend Cat Excavator versatility by expanding machine applications to include grubbing, piling, and loading trucks and grinders. Power through unwanted roots and debris at your jobsite in addition to clearing brush and limbs.
Features At A Glance
- The Cat Rakes are built with high strength steel and able to withstand extreme wear, which means you can use the tool longer without needing maintenance.
- The lower tines are 51 mm (2 in) thick and are replaceable with Ground Engaging Tool (GET) adapters.
- The Cat Rake offers enhanced wear life without tooth-to-tooth contact with the Cat Thumb and give you more material handling capabilities.
- The rake tines connect with strengthened steel in three places to help prevent them from getting damaged in demanding applications.
- With the curved profile, you can easily use it for removing roots or tree stumps during your site preparation.
- The spike tips give you maximum penetration into the ground to pull up stubborn roots and clearing the jobsite.
- Cat Rakes are reinforced with hardened steel and offering slots which is optimal for sifting and grabbing debris.
- Pick from three, four or five tines to match to your machine and application.
- Whether you work in forestry or general construction, there are different linkages such as B, CB, and DB to match to more Cat Excavator models and you can choose the number of tines on the Cat Rake needed for your jobsite.
- The Cat Rake is designed to not only to utilize the power of your Cat Excavator, but it is also designed to be paired with a Cat Thumb to move more material.
- Use the Cat Rake for grubbing, piling, loading trucks and grinders.
- The Cat Rake is compatible with Cat Pin Grabber coupler to help expand your light material handling capabilities.
