BECOME A TIA, UNLOCK NEW BENEFITS

Target Independent Accounts (TIAs) are shops offering Cat truck engine support that have chosen to align more closely with Caterpillar. Through this alignment, TIAs gain access to:

•  Expert advice tailored to their business
•  Technical information for parts & service
•  Additional support systems based on membership level, including the  technical information portal, Cat Service Information System 2.0 (SIS 2.0) and Cat Electronic Technician (ET)

FIRST, GET A CWS ID – THEN, EXPLORE YOUR OPTIONS

Upon signup, TIAs are given a Corporate Web Security Identity (CWS ID). This login credential gives members access to internal Cat systems and other features as a Level 1 or Level 2 member. 

Level 1, the Technical Information Portal Package, includes the following resources (accessible via secure portal on tepp.cat.com):

  • Technical supplements
  • Disassembly/assembly instructions
  • Cat Reman core acceptance criteria
  • Current Cat promotions & special offers

All TIAs can utilize the Technical Call Center free of charge
