JOIN

As an existing Cat Rewards member, your membership and Rewards balance will automatically be transferred to Cat Rewards.

Members who joined in 2025 or prior will have tier status assigned based on qualifying spend, Cat Commercial Account holder status and new machine purchase activities from Jan 1 - Dec 31 of 2025.

Cat Rewards members who joined from Jan 1 - Mar 1 2026 will be placed in tiers based on their qualifying spend, Cat Commercial Accountholder status, and new machine purchase count backdated to their enrollment date.

The total value of your rewards will remain the same. All Points will be automatically converted to Cat Credits on a 1:1 basis (1 Point = 1 Cat Credits) during the program transition.

There are several ways to enroll in Cat Rewards:

  • The easiest way to join Cat Rewards today is to visit Parts.Cat.com or through the Cat Central app. Select your dealer and follow the prompts to enroll.
  • Accountholders of the Cat Commercial Account (formerly Cat Card) are automatically enrolled in Cat Rewards
  • Customers taking out a new machine loan or lease with Cat Financial are automatically enrolled in Cat Rewards
  • All customers who receive a Cat Credits through any program or promotion from their dealer or Caterpillar will be will be invited to join at the time of delivery of the Cat Credits

Cat Rewards members are eligible to begin earning toward their tier status after they have enrolled and been validated by their dealer. Members will know they are ready to earn when they receive a welcome email from the program. In addition, once enrolled, your membership will be reflected in the Cat Rewards tab on PCC and Cat Central.

Members are encouraged to create an account in the Member Portal to view their tier status and other details of their Cat Rewards account.

If you are a Cat Rewards member with a Cat Commercial Account (formerly Cat Card), you are already eligible to earn unlimited 1% rewards on qualifying purchases.

EARN

Yes, any qualifying purchases made after you enroll in Cat Rewards will count towards your tier status.

Cat Rewards membership is at the company level. Once the company is enrolled in Cat Rewards, all qualifying spend and activities tied to any user on that company account will count toward tier status for the company.

Members are encouraged to create an account on our Member Portal, where all the details of the Cat Rewards Program & their account can be viewed and managed. To access the member portal, use your Cat account login credentials. If you do not have a Cat account, create an account at MyCatFinancial.

Every qualifying purchase or activity counts towards your tier status. Once you pass the threshold into the next tier, the Member Representative will receive an email notification of their new tier status with their Cat Credits Tier Reward certificate. The new tier status and your Cat Credits balance can be viewed in your Member Portal

Your Cat Credits balance will also be available on Parts.cat.com and Cat Central

Qualified parts & service spend will be applied to your tier status based on the initial invoice amount provided from your dealer to Caterpillar and may take up to 3 business days to be reflected on your account.

New machine purchased may take up to 30 days to be applied to your tier status.

Parts (at dealer, Parts.cat.com and the Cat Central app), services & rebuilds are all qualifying spend categories which count toward your Cat Rewards tier progression.

BENEFITS & TIERS

Members will automatically progress through the tiers based on qualified spend & activities. Tier status is calculated annually, based on qualifying purchase or activity from Jan 1 through Dec 31 of each calendar year. All qualifying purchases or activities throughout the year count towards your tier status. If you graduate to the next tier, your tier status and associated benefits will update automatically.

Members may continue to progress to a higher tier by making qualified purchase and activities throughout the year.

Tiers are reviewed annually in February and are based on the previous calendar year’s qualified spend & activities (Jan 1 - Dec 31).

Qualified spend and activities are as follows:

  • Parts and Service spend at dealer (Over the counter or eCommerce) (Excludes shipping and tax)
  • Purchase or Lease of a new Caterpillar machine
  • Cat Credits applied count towards eligible spend amount

Once your qualified spend or activities elevate you to a new tier, the Member Representative will receive an email notification of their new tier status with their Cat Credits Tier Reward certificate. The new tier status and your Cat Credits balance can be viewed in the Member Portal.

Once the annual tier evaluation process is complete after Feb 1 of each calendar year, the Member Representative will receive an email notification of their annual tier status and will receive a Cat Credits email certificate in the amount associated to that tier. The new tier status and your Cat Credits balance can be viewed on the Member Portal. Please allow up to 5 business days for our systems to process annual tier evaluation

Cat Commercial accountholders are automatically upgraded to and remain at Silver tier status and may enjoy all associated benefits of that tier.

Cat Commercial accountholders will also enjoy unlimited 1% rewards, in the form of Cat Credits, on all Cat Commercial account qualified spend.

GENERAL

At this time, Cat Rewards is available to customers residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico at participating dealers. Please stay tuned for future program updates.

Cat® Credits are an immediate credit discount you can use toward your next qualifying Cat purchase. Save your cash and use Cat Credits to pay for qualifying purchases including parts and services over the counter at your local Cat dealer or through an approved Cat online retailer, either Parts.cat.com or Cat Central. Members in Silver tier and above will receive professional tips and product insights in their monthly statement email.

All qualifying spend and activities associated to a company which has joined Cat Rewards will count toward tier status for the company.

The first member to enroll in Cat Rewards (Member Representative) will automatically become the primary contact for the company. They have full access to all earning and redemption privileges, including changing permissions for other company contacts.

In addition to the Member Representative, the company may give Cat Credits redemption privileges to up to 4 additional contacts (total of 5).

To make a change to the company's Member Representative or to add additional redeemers to your account, the Member Representative may call Cat Rewards Customer Service at toll free at 1-877-373-9567.
