Rear Debris Deflector
Deflects material away from bucket frame, easy to clean, and protects against dirt and damage.
Integrated Spill Guard
Shaped corners divert overflow from hinge pins, lift arms, hydraulic cylinders and tilt sensors helping to protect the hydraulics and machine from damage. Follows the heaped material pile form creating good forward visibility avoiding corner damage when dumping.
Reversible One-Piece Cutting Edge
Protects base edge, while providing rigidity and extending the life of the bucket.
Sidewall Located Cylinders
Cylinder location provides long flat floor for improved bucket fill and dump. Dual hydraulic cylinders are protected inside the bucket structure from debris.
Rack Back Dump Stops
Four non-metallic dump stops reduce shock loads and protect cylinders. Two metallic dump stops prevent overloading the non-metallic stops and prevent cylinder from overloading.
Corner Gussets
Corner bucket gussets stiffen bucket and protect against bending and weld cracking. Wide bushing design and large pin diameters increase durability, and protect cylinder, hydraulics and frame.
Fully Enclosed Frame
Completely enclosed frame with high resistance against torque and deformation. No debris can enter and cause damage.
Replaceable Wear Plates
Replaceable wear support plates underneath rear frame corners provide protection for the bucket and make it easier for the operator to level the bucket on the ground. Middle wear plates protect the main structure when running into pile and rolling out the bucket.
OMM Holder
Located on the rear side of the bucket, keeps the Operation and Maintenance Manual (OMM) on hand when needed.
